When I’m not feeding my family or wiping flour off the worktops (again), you’ll usually find me baking. I’ve always loved cooking and baking, especially when I can use seasonal ingredients like fresh fruit in summer, stewed or baked fruit in winter, and plenty of buttercream in between.

What started as a few birthday cakes for my boys slowly turned into something more, and now I bake to order for all sorts of occasions: birthdays, weddings, parties, and all the sweet little moments in between.

I like my cakes the way I like most things: simple, thoughtful, and made with care. All my bakes are made at home, to order, using good-quality ingredients, tried-and-tested flavours, and relaxed designs that feel natural and unfussy. No fondant. No frills. Just proper good cake.
