Collection
Cakes are collected from my home near Ravenscourt Park. Once your order is placed, I’ll be in touch with the full address and collection details. Collection is usually available from 8am on the day.
Local drop-off may be possible by arrangement — just mention it when you get in touch and we can see what works.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations with more than 48 hours’ notice: deposit refunded
Less than 48 hours’ notice: deposit kept, remaining balance refunded
Unfortunately, I’m unable to accept cancellations on the day of collection
